• VIN number — so we can check the information for that specific vehicle.
• Email address — so we can deliver your report and contact you if needed.
• Phone number (optional) — only used if something urgent comes up and it's easier to reach you by phone.

That's it. We don't track you, and we don't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we collect this data

We use this information solely to:

• Process your order
• Deliver your VIN report
• Contact you if there's a problem or a clarification is needed

We don't sell or share your information with advertisers, and we don't use it for marketing.

Payments

• Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
• We never see or store your card details.
• Stripe may collect information required to process payments safely (e.g., card data, fraud checks, IP address).

Where your data is stored

Your VIN, email, and (if provided) phone number are stored securely in our order system so we can deliver the service you requested.

We keep this data only as long as necessary for reporting and customer support — typically 3-6 months. After that, it's deleted.

• Ask what data we have about you
• Request a copy
• Ask us to correct or delete it
