Thanks for using Vinlog. We aim to keep everything simple, fast, and transparent. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms below.

1. What we do

Vinlog provides a paid service where we check available information related to a specific vehicle based on the VIN number you provide. You pay once per VIN, and we deliver the report to your email.

2. What you agree to

When you submit a VIN and place an order, you confirm that:

No user accounts, no subscriptions — just a simple one-time service.

3. Payment

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. We never store or see your credit card details.

Your order begins as soon as the payment is completed.

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is very straightforward:

Full refund if no report is available for your VIN

No matter the reason — if we cannot retrieve a report, you get 100% of your money back.

If you entered the wrong VIN

Just contact us as soon as possible. If the report hasn't been ordered from the dealership yet, we'll refund you.

If a valid report is found

Once your report is successfully delivered, the service is considered completed and the payment is non-refundable.

5. Delivery

We deliver reports by email. In rare cases, if we need quick clarification, we may contact you via the optional phone number you provide.

Most reports are delivered shortly after payment, but timing may vary depending on data availability.
